  Q: What is required to run the Easy Member Pro Membership Site Software?

Easy Member Pro is Membership Site Management Software that runs on your webhosting account.

The requirements are:
- PHP 5.x with Url Fopen, and Curl Support.
- mySQL 4
- Linux/Unix Server
- Support Cron jobs

Q: Are there any known issues with certain web hosts?

Some web hosts we know who do not work very well with the Easy Member Pro Membership Site Software include:
Godaddy, Yahoo, 1and1, ipage, Netfirm, IXWebhosting

Q: What web hosting provider do you recommend?

If you need a web host that fully supports our membership site software, we recommend http://www.bluehost.com or http://www.hostgator.com

Q: Will I receive the membership site software source code upon purchase?

Yes. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will have instant access to the Easy Member Pro source code.

The script is unencrypted, however, we do not support customised versions of the script - please be aware of this when making any changes to Easy Member Pro

Q. Can I build membership sites and sell them to my customers?

You can only do this if you purchase a license for each customer. Please contact us regarding our developers licence.

Q. Does your membership site software automatically create member accounts when they join, and make inactive if they cancel?

If you're using Paypal, Clickbank , Jvzoo or 2Checkout then YES. If you're using Authorize.net then only the signups are automated.

Q. If a member cancels their membership, can they still access the site until their membership period expires?

Yes. For example, if a member joined on January 1st on a monthly plan and cancelled on 5th January, they can still access the site until 31st January.

Q. Does the membership site software automatically e-mail the username/password to the member after signup is completed?

Yes. Also, members create their username/password when they create their account, so if their login email didn't arrive due to spam filtering, they will still be able to login. They also have a Forgotten Password page which they can use to retrieve their details at any time.

Q. Are members able to change their profile information, such as phone number, address, email and password?

Yes they can. When they log in there is an option for them to change all these details.

Q. What payment processors do you support?

We support PayPal, Clickbank , 2Checkout, Payza(formerly AlertPay), JvZoo and Authorize.net
These payment processors support most Debit/Credit Cards and do not require a merchant account.
They have been used by our customers to run sites that generate thousands of dollars worth of sales each month.
