Q: What are the hosting requirements needed to run EasyMemberPro?
Most Linux hosting accounts can support EasyMemberPro. The requirements are:
- PHP 5.x
- mySQL
- Ioncube (most hosts support this)
- Ability to run "cron jobs" (most hosts support this)

Q: Will I receive the source code to EasyMemberPro so that I can edit it myself?
No, the script is encrypted to protect our copyrights.
Q. I would like to build membership sites and sell them to my customers
You can only do this if you purchase a license for each customer. Please email us at regarding our bulk licensing deals.
Q. Does your script automatically create member's accounts when they join, and also remove their account if they cancel?
If you're using Paypal, Clickbank or 2Checkout then YES. If you're using Authorize.net then only the signups are automated.
Q. If a member cancels their membership, can they still access the site until their membership period expires?
Yes. For example, if a member joined on January 1st on a monthly plan and cancelled on 5th January, they can still access the site until 31st January.
Q. Does the program automatically e-mail the username/password to the member after signup is completed?
Yes. Also, members create their username/password when they create their account, so if their login email didn't arrive due to spam filtering, they will still be able to login. They also have a Forgotten Password page which they can use to retrieve their details at any time.
Q. Are members able to change their profile information, such as phone number, address, email and password?
Yes they can. When they log in there is an option for them to change all these details.
Q. Does the program have a forgotten password feature which can be requested by members who forgot their password?
